When a convicted felon can run for Alaska’s U.S. House seat and another convicted felon can run for president of the U.S., when some judges on our U.S. Supreme Court are accepting questionable financial deals which would disqualify other federal judges, and an Anchorage attorney disbarred for dishonesty can seek reinstatement, according to ADN’s Sept. 1 story, something is definitely seriously wrong with our system.
