The direct responsibility will always be with the Municipality, but the state needs to play a bigger role in helping with solutions.

We need a constitutional amendment, more oversight from the Legislature and additional vigilance from the public to keep the Fund secure.

What will happen with K-12 education funding, including the Base Student Allocation (BSA)? How about classroom sizes?
