Brooke Moore

Brooke Moore is the older sister of Breanna Moore, who was killed by her boyfriend on June 26, 2014. Brooke was born and raised in Alaska and lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two daughters. She has been an integral part in helping her parents advocate for Bree’s Law.
