Homer’s Kristen Faulkner made history on Wednesday, becoming the first Alaskan to win multiple Olympic gold medals when she captured gold with Team USA in the women’s team pursuit cycling event. Faulkner is one of nearly 20 Alaskan athletes to earn medals at the Olympic Games. Here’s a look at who else is on that list:
