Alaska Rep. Bob Lynn files for re-election

State Rep. Bob Lynn has filed to run for re-election next year.

Lynn, an Anchorage Republican, has held office since 2002 and is the dean of the Alaska Legislature.

He's 82 years old -- 106 days older than U.S. Rep. Don Young, who's also running for re-election -- and will be 85 at the end of his next two-year term if he's re-elected.

Lynn does not have any declared opponents. He did not immediately respond to a phone message Wednesday.
