AK judge issues restraining order on Palin, Cole 'stalker'

According to the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman, an Anchorage judge has signed a restraining order against Shawn R. Christy on behalf of former Gov. Sarah Palin and Kristan Cole. Cole is the trustee of Palin's first legal defense fund, the Alaska Fund Trust, (which was deemed illegal by the state's personnel board and ordered to return donations), and is also the trustee of its replacement, the newly launched official Sarah Palin legal defense fund. Cole told the Frontiersman that Christy had been emailing her off and on for 15 or 16 months, at one point saying he was armed, knew where Cole lived, and was buying a one-way ticket to Alaska.
