Letter: Maybe Ohio should rename its tallest peak Mount McKinley

I’m originally from Ohio and I lived there for 27 years. I still have lots of family and friends in Ohio, and I even still root for a few Buckeye sports teams. But I’ve lived in Alaska for longer than that now and I’m going to keep calling it Denali no matter what some D.C. or Ohio politicians want me to call it. It makes more sense to let Alaskans decide the name of the tallest peak in our land and the consensus seems to be Denali. Maybe the Ohio legislators should rename their tallest peak Mount McKinley — all 1,549 feet of it.
