Letter: Governor up to the same old stuff

Our governor is up to the same stuff again this year. Proposing a ridiculous budget that he knows will not go anywhere and then sitting back and saying, “I’m the good guy, I tried.”

Proposing a $3,500 PFD makes him look good to the voters, but we all know that it is not going to fly. Now we get to spend a huge amount of time in Juneau fighting over a “reasonable” PFD amount instead of spending the time on figuring out how we are going to keep this great state of ours on a realistic financial path into the future. He is obviously giving thought to running for another “political” office after he is done with the governor’s office.Typical approach for today’s politicians! God help us!!
