Thank you for publishing the article about Kenny Dillingham, head coach for the Arizona State Sun Devils — not the Wildcats — football team. He’s been a breath of fresh air and has brought the Devils to the brink of the college football playoff after a “devilish” season last year.
As a 1980 ASU grad and fan, I’m disappointed that the article headline read “Wildcats coach” instead of “Sun Devils coach.” The Wildcats are our in-state rivals and being called by their name … well, it’s like the Seawolves being referred to as the Nanooks. I realize the article was written by a Washington Post writer, but couldn’t you have changed the title? The rest of the article was great.
