Letter: A felon president

I worked at the prison for a couple of years as a reentry instructor. This program focused on jobs and job skills for inmates upon their release. All of the men in that prison were felons. They committed felonies that warranted incarceration. When they do get out, they should be out looking for a job that no one will hire a felon for.

So, I find it distressing that a man who is a convicted felon and habitual liar is now the president of the United States of America. That tells me that this man is morally corrupt. Half of the voters voted for a corrupt felon. What does that say about a country of voters who just elected a convicted felon?
