Did you know the United States is not in the top 10 successful democracies in the world? In fact, we’re not even in the top 30. It would make sense for someone claiming to want to make America great again, to admire the leaders of the countries listed in the top 10. Possibly learn from them.
Yet Donald Trump claims to admire leaders from non-democratic countries. Leaders who are authoritarian dictators such as Vladimir Putin, “supreme leaders” such as Kim Jong Un, and the paramount leader of China’s communist party.
To truly move our country forward, we need a leader who isn’t focused on becoming the world’s next authoritarian dictator.
