Letter: Nick Begich's plans

I saw a Nick Begich III ad on the internet yesterday. In it, he promised to “work with President Trump” but said nothing about his plans if Kamala Harris wins the presidency.

I assume this means that if Harris does win, asthe polls now suggest she will, while Begichreplaces Rep. Mary Peltola in the House, then ourone voice in the House will spend the next four

years doing his best to obstruct the administration, block Democratic bills, deny reality, stage fake investigations and get nothing positive done, as the GOP majority has done for the past two years. This is if that GOP majority survives this upcoming election, which is also far from certain.

It is time to give the ladies their turn, especially now. The U.S. won’t survive one year of what Donald Trump has promised out of his own mouth, never mind Project 2025.
