From the ADN editorial board’s last editorial: “The municipality (is) in the position of making difficult decisions about how best to allocate limited funds to make the biggest dent possible in the number and character of Anchorage’s homeless residents.”
Last I checked, the state has about 70 billion ways to mitigate the problem our residents are experiencing.
Maybe we need to reconsider the definition of a “rainy day.”
