Letter: Ranked choice dropouts

Being a legislator means to take on the very difficult job of trying to balance the different preferences and priorities of all Alaskans. If our potential leaders don’t understand how citizens can rank choices, it is probably a good thing they are withdrawing their job applications. Alaskans elect people — not parties — to lead and govern.
