I could spend hundreds and hundreds of words in vituperative broadsides over the municipality’s disdain for those eschewing motorized vehicles, but would you not agree that the scene I recently witnessed — a municipal pickup towing a port-apotty completely on the sidewalk, forcing an oncoming bicyclist off — is so much more elegant a demonstration?
