Letters to the Editor

Letter: Poor game management

The state should stop killing wolves and bears in Southwest Alaska. There is no scientific proof that this has been effective in increasing the caribou populations in that area. Focus on determining why king salmon populations have declined and find the solution to that problem. And now barred owls are going to be shot to protect spotted owls! Come on. In my opinion, that is not right.
