One of the glories of summer is the blooming of cow parsnip. The tall white flower heads display themselves along the roads everywhere around town, but the outside of the Minnesota-O’Malley curve, west of C Street, is particularly magnificent. In Anchorage, we are fortunate to live in natural beauty.
