Letter: Voting reminders

Voters are not required to vote for either of the two major-party candidates. If you don’t like Joe Biden, you don’t have to vote for Donald Trump. If you don’t want Donald Trump, you don’t have to vote for Joe Biden.

You could vote for a different candidate. For example, the Libertarian Party and the Green Party will probably have candidates on the ballot.

Or you could choose not to vote for president at all, but vote for other candidates for other offices.

Ideally, voters will be well-informed about candidates and issues before entering the voting booth.
