Letter: Power outage

A midnight power outage at minus 22 degrees was just a bit disconcerting for an old fella like me. But I took solace in the thought that, even in a prolonged outage, the fish, caribou, and other goods in my freezer were at no risk of spoilage. Then I rolled over and went back to sleep.

Kudos to the folks at Chugach and the other utilities who got our power restored so quickly.
