I just finished reading the recent article, “Iowa Christian conservatives follow their faith when voting, and some say it leads them to Trump.” I was struck by the 72-year-old Republican who stated he felt the former president “exemplified what Jesus would do.” Really? I must have missed the part in the Bible where Jesus sexually assaulted women.
