I am disappointed that residents in the wealthier parts of Anchorage elect representatives like Jamie Allard, Laddie Shaw and Julie Coulombe, and Sen. James Kaufman, and then expect Municipality of Anchorage taxpayers to pay for access to state parks in their road service areas. Do they not understand the concept of user fees?
