Letters to the Editor

Letter: Properly directed criticism

Many recent letters to the ADN editor have been critical of incompetent high-ranking Alaska politicians, such as Anchorage’s Mayor Dave Bronson and Alaska’s Gov. Mike Dunleavy.

While that’s fine with me, I think we Alaskans should not forget to give credit to others as well, where credit is due — I’m referring mainly to Alaska’s “Do-Nothing” U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan, who spends most of his time in Washington, D.C., waiting to be told how to vote by the Republican Party leadership. We Alaskans need U.S. senators like Dan Sullivan like we need a hole in the head.
