Just as America’s fundamentalist Christians are poised to complete their effective takeover of the federal government, a recent Gallup poll (reported in the ADN) says only 20% of Americans now believe that the Bible is the word of God; 29% consider it fable.
If you want your country to look and feel like present-day Iran, where fundamentalist Muslims run the government, vote Republican.
