Letter: TV disappointment

We have subscribed to GCI TV for many years now, but the new Yukon TV is a hastily prepared and not-ready-for-prime-time nasty piece of work. The technical and customer service staff are not properly trained to answer questions about its use, and the wait times for service are never less than an hour.

When I turn on the TV, I never know what I am going to get. I still can’t access Prime Video, the time on the shows is two hours off, the description of shows on the guide are unhelpful (e.g., “skating”). What kind of skating – men, women, pairs, etc.? Like many others, I am looking for other options.
