Letter: The evidence is mixed at best

An article in the Anchorage Daily News on Aug. 27 quoted Gov. Mike Dunleavy as saying, “People aren’t stupid” in explaining why he hasn’t urged Alaskans to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

I’d like to believe he’s correct. But directly beneath that front-page story was another article on people buying ivermectin, a livestock dewormer, as a COVID-19 treatment.
