The fear and threat of being ostracized if one votes against the GOP party line is obviously great. But given the choice of being embraced by the Trump administration or being “left out in the cold,”the cold actually sounds like a better deal.
The chill would’ve been more bearable if more senators had the backbone, self-respect and courage to have stepped out into it. Bravo and thank you, Sen. Lisa Murkowski, for showing some honor for Alaska. There are plenty of Alaskans with cups of hot cocoa for you.
