Letters to the Editor

Letter: Masterful satire

When I first read the letter to the editor from Richard Rhyner praising the president, my first thought was that it was written by a bot. Then I remembered that the Anchorage Daily News had recently won a Pulitzer Prize, so they must vet the people who write to the editor.

Then it hit me: What wonderful satire. It read like the person actually believed what they were writing. Great joke.
