Letters to the Editor

Letter: All heroes

There are some real heros out there right now. I had a group called Santa Cops and Heroes bring me a huge box of food, and they must have been reading my mind, because I love macaroni and cheese! Thank you so much, guys.

So, my doctor thought I might have COVID-19, but what’s a sickie with a bum knee and no car do? Why, just wait for two angels from the Department of Health to show up. Thank you, Sara and Glory, for putting your lives on the line. The folks in the front line, the nurses, doctors, first responders, law enforcement, may not shed blood but they are just as courageous as any warrior.

I hope people remember to pray for the folks keeping our stores open, those cleaning our hospitals and running cabs. You’re all heroes to me. Thanks.
