So attorney Libby Bakalar shows her true colors by saying “we’ll see about that” in response to the attorney general’s opinion on the recall. The comment itself is sarcastic in nature, and her use of terms “tactic on the far right” shows she is just what she professes not to be, an activist lawyer.
It doesn’t take much effort for the public to figure out the courts are in fact, deeply entrenched in politics, as stated in the counter commentary by Patrick Martin. Blatant hypocrisy? You bet. Just glancing at her blog ‘One Hot Mess’ shows that.
