Correction: The original version of this letter asserted Aquarian Charter School is a private school; in addition to being part of the Anchorage School District, the school’s building is owned by the district, so it is not privately owned nor a “private” school by the commonly understood definition.
$10 million to fix Aquarian Charter School? No way. If you want your kids to go to a charter school, then you pay for it all.
No way am I going to pay for a charter school, as I am paying too much for Anchorage School District as it is.
It will be double taxation.
