Letter: Thank you to Chugiak Fire and Rescue

I’d like to thank Chugiak Fire Chief Tim Benningfield for coming down to Owensboro and telling about trials and difficulties his department went through. I have no doubt this will benefit the departments here in Daviess County. He and his crew may be 4,000 miles away, but they will never be alone. We are all fire family. Take care of each other. If any Chugiak Fire members ever find themselves coming through our area, they will have to stay. There’s always room for family.
