President Donald J. Trump knows how to pick winners, and he’s done it again by endorsing Lt. Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom to take back the state’s sole House seat from Democrat Mary Peltola.
Dahlstrom is a proven conservative warrior who will stand up to the radical Biden-Peltola agenda that is destroying Alaska.
Mary Peltola has not worked out to the benefit of Alaskans. She won her office thanks to ranked choice voting. Since then, Peltola has chosen to rubber-stamp Joe Biden’s war on Alaska industries, his border policy insanity and his far-left assault on our traditional values.
Peltola pretends to be “bipartisan” and “moderate” only to get re-elected, but her enthusiastic endorsement of Biden’s re-election and voting record show different values.
Peltola has worked in concert with Biden, Nancy Pelosi and the far left — enabling their agenda, including more than 60 executive orders locking up Alaska’s land and resources, as well as pushing radical policies in women’s sports.
As a state legislator, public safety leader and lieutenant governor, Dahlstrom has been a fearless champion for our conservative values. She’s fought to protect the Permanent Fund. She’s stood with law enforcement to crack down on crime. She’s worked tirelessly to unleash Alaska’s vast energy potential.
Border security is another area where Peltola fails Alaska. By voting against H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act, and against impeaching Biden’s failed DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Peltola has co-signed Biden’s border policies. Peltola has allowed a flood of illegal immigration and deadly fentanyl to pour into our country.
When Nancy Dahlstrom visited the southern border, she saw firsthand the chaos Biden and Peltola have created. As a Congresswoman, her top priority will be finishing the wall and reinstating Trump’s successful ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy. Dahlstrom will end catch-and-release. She will stop the flow of illegal criminals and deadly fentanyl. Peltola is too busy cozying up to Biden to care.
Peltola claims to support energy production, but her “present” vote on the recent Arctic National Wildlife Refuge bill was a cowardly cop-out. Dahlstrom will fight tooth and nail to open up Alaska’s resources and stop the Biden assault.
Enough is enough. Alaska needs a representative who will go to the mat for them, not a phony who is beholden to Outside liberal activists.
Dahlstrom is also a staunch defender of the Second Amendment, a committed advocate for veterans and the military and a fiscal conservative who has signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge. She’ll fight back against liberal overreach and defend Alaskans’ freedoms, from our Second Amendment rights to free speech to our faith.
Peltola’s record is abysmal on all those issues, especially her vote against a military pay raise and her vote against funding veterans’ VA health care. Dahlstrom, on the other hand, has a long record of advocating for service members. As a senior advisor for military affairs, she fought to secure the support and resources they need. With Dahlstrom, Alaska’s military will never be neglected.
In short, Nancy Dahlstrom is the real deal — a principled, experienced leader who will always put Alaska first. Mary Peltola has turned out to be a phony who will sell out our state to please her liberal leaders in Washington, D.C. The choice for Alaskans is clear.
President Trump understands what’s at stake. That’s why he’s endorsed Dahlstrom and is urging Alaskans to dump Peltola. As he posted on social media, “Nancy Dahlstrom is a WINNER, and has my Complete and Total Endorsement,” Trump said. “Nancy Dahlstrom will be a tremendous Congresswoman for the Great People of Alaska, just as she was as your Lieutenant Governor. Nancy is a proven fighter. In Congress, she will work to Secure the Border, Create Jobs, Lower Taxes, Promote American Energy Independence, Support our Incredible Military and Police Officers, and Defend our always-under-siege Second Amendment. SHE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN.”
This year, vote for the Trump-endorsed true conservative — Nancy Dahlstrom for Congress.
