It's warmer in Sochi for the Winter Olympics than in the eastern U.S. where snowy storms have disrupted travel for days.
But D.C.'s winter weather didn't stop newly-sworn in fictional Vice President Frank Underwood from returning to office today as the second season of "House of Cards" debuts on Netflix. Actor Kevin Spacey, who plays the politician, will appear Sunday on "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos.
