The Alaska Baseball League gets underway as the Chugiak-Eagle River Chinooks host the Mat-Su Miners on Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015, at Loretta French Sports Complex. The Miners came away with a 5-4 win. In Anchorage, the Bucs will take on the Glacier Pilots on Friday evening at Mulcahy Stadium.
