There are all kinds of races going on during Fur Rondezvous, but only one features teams of runners pulling (and pushing) outhouses down a snow-covered downtown Anchorage street.
Some of the wacky winter creations were actual outhouses, while others were little more than a seat strapped to skis, with boards attached so the runners could steer the unwieldily contraptions.
