Gov. Mike Dunleavy and Alaska Department of Health and Social Services commissioner Adam Crum will announce the second phase of the “Reopen Alaska Responsibly Plan,” and Dr. Anne Zink, the state’s chief medical officer, will provide an update on COVID-19 cases at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
