As competitors from across the Arctic took to the slopes Monday at Skeetawk in Hatcher Pass, another group hit the trails at Anchorage’s Kincaid Park. More than 1,800 youth athletes from Alaska and seven areas of the circumpolar north are in Alaska this week for the Arctic Winter Games.
