Two Kenai Peninsula residents described the August capsizing in Kachemak Bay that left the Maynard family of Texas missing and now declared dead by accidental drowning.

Alaska State Troopers say Novely Rivers and Abigail Olson were found dead early Wednesday at a home in the Bering Sea coastal village. Officials offered a $10,000 reward to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for the deaths.
