McHugh Creek wildfire grows fast

The fire burning above McHugh Creek since last weekend grew fast early Tuesday, restricting travel along the nearby Seward Highway and inching toward the Rainbow neighborhood.

Officials were warning of "critical fire weather conditions" along Turnagain Arm on Tuesday, although rain might reach the area Thursday.
