Beth Bragg came to the Daily News as a sports writer just after Susan Butcher won her first Iditarod in 1986.
She spent 18 years in sports, as a reporter, assistant editor and section editor, working basketball, baseball, skiing and other beats while covering everything from reindeer racing to the Winter Olympics (1992, 94, 98 and 2002).
