The Chugiak softball team picked up two victories Wednesday, winning both games by the run-rule.
The Mustangs beat Eagle River 13-1 and downed Service 14-2.
Against Eagle River, Kylie Seagroves threw a two-hitter and also delivered a pair of hits for Chugiak, driving in a run with one of them.
Maddy Kaltschnee, Juju Montgomery and Gigi Montgomery each tallied two hits and two RBIs, and Leilani Fugere finished with two hits, two runs and an RBI.
In the win over Service, Juju Montgomery got the pitching win by striking out seven and giving up four hits.
Issy Kaltschnee drove in three runs with two hits and scored twice, and Maddy Kaltschnee drove in two runs with two hits, one of them a double. Also providing a boost were Allegra Mergen with three hits and three runs and Haley Dittbrender with one hit and one RBI.
