Two Anchorage men were injured on the Glenn Highway, one seriously, after their motorcycles nearly left the road in a Chickaloon-area crash, troopers said.
Ronald Co, 33, and Albert Manuel, 40, were the drivers in the crash near Mile 84 of the Glenn, which Alaska State Troopers said in a dispatch that they responded to shortly after 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
"Investigation revealed (Co and Manuel) were operating separate 2015 Suzuki GSX-R motorcycles when they struck gravel on the roadway causing both riders to lose control and collide with a guardrail," troopers wrote.
Medics flew Manuel to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, where he was listed in critical condition Monday morning. Co was treated at the scene and released.
