After failing to find a buyer for its stores, bankrupt sporting goods chain Sports Authority will close all its remaining locations, CNN reported Wednesday.
The Colorado-based company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March, and previously planned to close just 140 of its 463 locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. At that time, managers at the four Sports Authority stores in Alaska said those stores would not be closing. There is one store in Wasilla, one in Fairbanks and two in Anchorage.
There will be going-out-of-business sales at the locations that weren't already set to close, according to CNN.
