Anchorage police say they are investigating the death of a man found dead on a Kincaid Park beach.
Someone reported a deceased man discovered on the beach around 4 p.m. Wednesday, police said. “Upon arrival, officers with the Patrol Division made observations at the scene that has warranted a closer look at the circumstances surrounding the death.”
The man has not been identified, pending notification of next of kin.
The State Medical Examiner Office will determine the cause of death, police said.
The park is at the west end of Raspberry Road.
